- Q. What do I do when I find a problem?
A. See the Problem Resolution help topic.
- Q. What does the Billable flag in the Service Types Detail profile cover?
A. The billable flag is used to allow programs, such as Heater Hotline, to carry services, with prices, that are not treated as directly billable. This allows HH to separately capture the costs, without having the service billed to the funder (per detail service item) when invoiced.
- Q. Data Entry entered a street "420 E Church Lane" which they feel is valid, but it came up as not found. What's the problem?
A. The City property file uses LA for Lane, although there seem to be a few
instances of LN as well. Data Entry needs to use the abbreviations in the file or it
won't match.
Here are the valid abbreviations. Translations supplied by FO; there were
none with the property file.

An additional note. The property file does not recognize 420 E Church LA,
only 420 Church LA. This is the address that was in the property file that we started with.
- Q. How do I delete a service price?
A.
Service prices cannot be deleted, at least ultimately, because they tie to
historical data. We will provide an administrative function that allows an ECA administrator to remove incorrect prices, from a central location.
